Underwriting Letter Party

Hello Awesome Altrusans!

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!  The Altrusa Underwriting Get The Letters Out gathering is Wednesday September 22 from 5:30 - 7:30pm at my home 3202 Stratford Drive, Temple TX.  Letters will be spread throughout the house in stacks in alphabetical order by company name or individual last name so you can find the people you know and write a personal note.  It is very meaningful, and effective, when people see notes from people they know.

Attached is list of potential underwriters we used last year.  Please review the list and send to me or Julie Ruiz asap any business names, individuals, contact person, address that need to be added.  THANKS to those who have sent me additions to the list.  With the inability to have our usual TOH, sponsorship is more important than ever.

Feel free to bring food / drinks on Wednesday to be placed on back porch table.  The weather is looking promising so we can safely socialize outside.
