What a special day! We will be honoring a deserving Altrusan as Altrusan of the Year for 2019-2020. We have plenty of space at the CAC for social distancing. Since this is a special occassion, we will be offering a meal option. A boxed lunch will be prepared by Classic Catering and the cost is $13. You may submit your selection by email and submit payment by credit card through this event invitation link. You may also pay by check at the door if you wish. Simply send lunch selection to tsquarcette@umhb.edu before Friday, September 18th at noon.
Each box lunch comes with chips (except for power salad), fruit, and brownie. Please bring your own drink of choice or bottled water will be provided.
1. Chicken salad on croissant
2. Roast beef & Havarti on sour dough roll
3. Mediterranean power salad with grilled chicken (lemon marinade), hummus, quinoa, feta cheese, kalamata olives, tomato, cucumber, & greek dressing. Dressing, cheese, & olives are served on the side.
