CAMP RYLA, a 5-day summer camp experience in the redwoods of Sonoma County, is a place
where students refine their leadership skills so they can be a part of building better
communities and a better world for ALL.

RYLA offers opportunities for new and long-time members to positively impact our community
at RYLA. Whether your club sponsors one or two students from your local high school or you
come out to speak to the campers for a few hours, you make a difference to these kids!
Our featured speaker will be RYLA5130 Director Cassie Pitken.

Please join us for the Annual Rotary Club of Petaluma Scramble Golf Tournament at noon on Monday, September 9, 2024.   
event will support the many community projects that the club has dedicated their time and efforts to this year.   
We will have a great day of golf at the beautiful Petaluma Golf & Country Club in Petaluma, CA (www.petalumagolfandcountryclub.com). 
The event will include a 4-person scramble with lunch and an after-party awards reception following,
with prizes for teams, putting contest, long drive, accurate drive, and closest to the pin.
 
 
 
Cassie Pitkin gave a presentation on Camp RYLA--Rotary Youth Leadership Award--a week long camp where high school juniors and seniors learn leadership and business skills. Several teenagers that attended this year's camp shared their experience. They all spoke about how much they enjoyed their time at camp, with one camper even saying, "It was the best week of my life!"

The Rotary Club of Petaluma is looking for partners for the Fund-a-Teen in Need initiative. Our goal is to provide assistance for teens whose home support system is unable to provide the everyday necessities that being a student in today's society requires.
