Eco Rotarians volunteering at the Ocean Knoll Farm on Saturday 1/18. We completed raised planter beds and installed irrigation. Berry bushes were planted along with a crop of new peas.
The Ocean Knoll Farm has a food justice orchard on the Western fence line. Organic fruit trees and now berry bushes will overhang the fence and are available for individuals in the neighborhood. A portion of the harvest is donated to a local food pantry for families in need.
