Our speaker, Shea O'Keefe is a biologist working for the Department of Agriculture.
She is currently deeply involved with the Natural Resources Conservation Service and overseeing restoration of the San Dieguito River Valley watershed. Her presentation was interesting and inspiring. She is making a difference in our own community. Hopefully in the spring she will lead ECO Rotarians and guests on a hike to see first hand the elimination of invasive species and the restoration of native plants.
