"If you want to build a boat, don't begin by collecting wood, cutting boards, or assigning tasks. Begin by awakening in the souls of your workers a longing for the vast and boundless sea."
French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (author of The Little Prince)

Then, Jim Wang from the Encinitas Environmental Commission spoke about the "straw on request" bill for Encinitas, and shared with us the new campaign about straws in Oceanside.
Please sign this petition on Change.org and share it to make Oceanside straw-free! All actions with cities government will help create a better environment.

Amélie reminded us with the monthly community service organized with the San Dieguito County Park. Every second Sunday of the month from 8am to 10am we will help them with removing invasive plants, clearing trail paths, planting trees....

Finally, Andrea Cornelius shared with us her environmental journey!
