Learn about the Ocean Friendly Restaurants program, ask questions, and get trained to support compliance checks and new OFR registrations.
Purpose
Help expand Ocean Friendly Restaurants by supporting businesses in reducing waste and single-use plastics. Volunteers strengthen local sustainability efforts and protect our ocean through outreach and compliance support.
Role
Volunteers will attend a short training, learn OFR criteria, practice conducting compliance checks, and gain tools to support new restaurant outreach and registrations. There will be time for Q&A and discussion.
