Beginning April 2009 the Kiwanis Club of Hays has implemented a program to help protect infants and toddlers in Hays and Ellis County. The club is promoting the use of a Child Safety Seat Emergency Sticker that contains information useful to authorities and resue workers in the event of an auto accident. Information includes the childs name, special medical needs, emergency contact information, and additional contact information. The Child Safety Seat Emergency Sticker is a 4" x 5" flourecent orange colored decal and is to be placed on the right side of the childs carseat or booster seat.
