Donna Mohlman presents club president Russell Ballard with a t-shirt in appreciation to the Club for being a title sponsor of the recent Academic Beginnings for Children summer reading project celebration. The Kiwanis Club of Baytown was a proud sponsor of the event held Saturday, September 24 at Town Square on Texas Avenue. Outgoing president Russell's last official act as president was to present the shirt to Harvey Oyler as a birthday gift and recognition of his dedicated service to Partners in Education at Alamo.
