Rick Davis Meets the Kiwanis Club

Baytown's new city manager, Rick Davis, was guest speaker at the September 10 meeting. Mr. Davis, a former Kiwanian in his previous residence of Utah, spoke of his ties to the Baytown area in being a driving force in his relocation for his new position. He spoke about his priorities for his first year in Baytown and intends on building a strategic planning committee to help shape the city's future. Welcome to Baytown, Mr. Davis!
