Baytown Kiwanis president Russell Ballard, right, presents Satellite member Cheryl Loggins with her Kiwanis certificate of membership and Kiwanis lapel pin during her installation ceremony on July 7. Cheryl, a teacher at Goose Creek Memorial HS, joined Kiwanis several months ago. With teachers celebrating their summer vacation, Cheryl was able to attend the regular Thursday meeting and receive her official welcome into the Club! Her mother Peggy, a retired educator and current permanent substitute teacher, is also a Satellite member of the Baytown organization.
