Jay Garrett of the Baytown non-profit "A Life to Live" speaks at the Kiwanis Club of Baytown. The local non-profit is leading the way to a no-kill Baytown for homeless dogs and cats. The organization provides a foundation for a future community where homeless animals are saved and not euthanized. The group's foster program consists of a network of volunteers committed to saving the live of homeless pets be opening their homes to provide shelter, food, water and care until the pet is adopted.
