The Kiwanis Club of Baytown celebrated its 71st annual installation banquet at Monument Inn in Lynchburg on Thursday, September 22. Officers and directors from 2016 were recognized and new officers and directors for 2017 were installed by Kiwanis Division 28 Lt. Governor Greg Samford. Outgoing president Russell Ballard passed the ceremonial gavel to incoming president Renee Rhodes during the banquet. The ceremonial gavel is issued to the new president each year for him/her to display throughout the Kiwanis year. Congratulations Renee on become the 71st president in the history of the Baytown club! More photos from the banquet can be found by clicking the 2016 Banquet link at the top of this page.
