GCCISD Fine Arts Programs Highlighted

Goose Creek CISD Fine Arts Director Phillip Morgan presented the club with an update of the local district's fine arts programs during our May 12 lunch meeting. Morgan, on the job since August 2015, gave a brief history of his career before turning his attention to the programs and honors offered to Goose Creek students. The GCCISD fine arts program covers all grades (K - 12) in Goose Creek, starting with art and music programs at the elementary schools and building to award-winning programs in vocal music (choir), instrumental music (band / orchestra), and arts (theatre / visual) at the high school level. Recent successes were highlighted and goals for the programs were presented. Thanks, Phillip, for the great program!
