Kevin Cummings, Coordinator of Animal Services for the City of Baytown, was the guest speaker at our March 24 luncheon. Kevin told the club about his role with the local animal shelter, sharing some anecdotes about the progress being made at the shelter and keeping us entertained with some funny stories built over his years in the animal services (not control, because the animals are always in control) career. Kevin answered numerous questions about dogs, cats, skunks, and cayotes. However, he would not admit that dogs ruled over cats as the best pet to have!
