Recently the Kiwanis Club of Baytown awarded 9 bicycles to students of Goose Creek CISD Alamo Elementary. The bicycles were awarded based on perfect attendance throughout the 2020-2021 school year. These are photos of a few of the lucky winners of the perfect attendance drawings.
Kiwanis and Alamo Elementary are longtime partners in the Partners In Education program hosted by Baytown Chamber of Commerce. Program representative Kiwanian Harvey Oyler does a fantastic job of coordinating the many events and activities - Teacher Appreciation Week, DARE-Say No To Drugs, monthly staff appreciation snack baskets, Perfect Attendance bikes, and more.
