Astros Ready to Play Ball in 2016

Jake Winowich, Manager of Inside Sales for the Houston Astros, provided a positive overview of the upcoming baseball season for the 2016 Astros at our March 10 meeting. Winowich has been with the Astros for five years and expressed excitement regarding the 2016 season. Jake walked us through the projected position players and discussed off-season acquisitions made to better-improve the club. Everyone in the Astros' organization expects this year to be better than last, when the Astros made it to the Division Series against the World Series-bound and eventual world champion Kansas City Royals. Jake answered questions from the audience on a wide range of "anything Astros" topics. Thanks to Jake we could almost smell the hot dogs and hear the crack of the bat!
