On Thursday, February 14, 2019, the guest speakers at Salem Kiwanis were representatives of Reach4More,the job placement division of the Columbiana County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Shirley Bowald, the Employment Development Manager provided the Club with details regarding the program offerings for community, family, employer and client. She also provided some advantages of the employment of individuals with developmental disabilities.
