Transition Learning Project information provided

On Thursday, September 22, Cindy Madej from the Columbiana County Educational Service Center presented to the Salem Kiwanis Club.  Cindy provided a background regarding services provided in transition learning for young adults through the ESC. She provided information regarding the recent almost $900,000 grant obtained for their program.  Cindy showed pictures of the building purchased (prior Kolby's building) and discussed the plans for development and Reach for the Stars store to be located in downtown Salem.
