Larry Cecil and Jeff Barton visited the Salem Kiwanis Club on October 26, 2017 as the guest speakers. Larry and Jeff provided the Club information about the formation and history of the ROC of Salem as well as details about current operations and functions. This organization is needed now more than ever.
