On February 1, the guest speaker at Salem Kiwanis was Vito Abruzzino. While, Vito is a partner with the law firm of Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell, Ltd. his topic that day was the Eastern Ohio Military Affairs Commission (EOMAC) of which he is the Executive Director. EOMAC as launched in 2015 by the Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber to preserve and promote the value of military operations between Cleveland and Pittsburgh with the emphasis on the Youngstown Air Reserve Station and the Camp Ravenna Joint Training Center. Vito provided information regarding both the Air Reserve Station and the 910th Air Win as well as the Camp Ravenna needs and recent actions. Vito and the Chamber, through EOMAC work hard to keep these military activities in the Valley.
