On Thursday, January 28, 2021, the guest speaker for Salem Kiwanis was Marcy Patton. Marcy is the Executive Director from the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board. She spoke about how the Board serves the residents of Columbiana County by planning, funding and monitoring a comprehensive system of prevention, treatment and recovery for addiction and mental illness.
