Kiwanis Learns More About CARTS

On December 1, Shari Green, the Director of Community Action Rural Transit System (CARTS), was the speaker at Salem Kiwanis.  She spoke to the club about the services available through CARTS, the organization's recent growth and what to expect from CARTS in 2017.  Pictured below are Kiwanis member and December speaker Chairperson, Andy Estock and guest speaker Shari Green.
