Kiwanis gets educated by the PUCO

On June 30, 2016 Luka Papalko from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio visited the Salem Kiwanis Club.  He provided great insight into how the pricing and contracts work with various providers and information for a tool to price shop various companies for utilities.  Pictured with Luka are Bruce Williams and Shawna L'Italien.
