On Thursday, March 14, 2019 the guest speaker at the Salem Kiwanis Club meeting was Ann Weigle. Ann provided information about the Columbiana County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) program. She provided information on the program that provides advocates for abused, neglected and dependent children and protects the best interest of the children in lawsuits.
