3-D Printing is cool!

Brad Stephens, the Executive Director of the Salem Library, was the Club guest on May 21, 2015.  Brad brought with him a 3-D printer owned by the Library.  He talked about the technology, how it works and provided information on the use of the 3-D printer at the Library. He talked about the current status of the technology as well as the various advantages and disadvantages.  He discussed the possible future uses of the technology and how  it will affect us.  He provided information on the changes to the children's area of the Library with the recent renovations.  He gave the Club information on the upcoming summer fun options with the Library and Parks Department.  Everyone was very interested and enjoyed the program!
