“My homeless families have so many things to worry about at this time. I would love donated masks for our students and families. I’ll take whatever I can get.” - Area School District Homeless Student Program Coordinator
While some of the area schools are virtual, other schools are in person with wearing a mask mandated to curb the spread of COVID-19.  In August, The Family Radio Network, Inc. coordinated a child-size mask donation drive as the school year started.  Area school district social workers who serve homeless and low-income children are still seeking homemade cloth masks for families they serve especially the Appleton Area School District for when they do start to go back to school in person. Masks now on the back-to-school supply list and many of these students do not have access to masks or access is for adult sized masks which do not fit the students.

Your time and talents would be "Sew Helpful" in meeting this need.
