Appleton Fox Cities Kiwanis Ready to Supports Annual Help for the Homeless Campaign

Do you have 30 to 60 minutes to spare between February 24th and February 28th? If so we can use you help. 

As we’ve done for the past many years, our Kiwanis club is helping to deliver the collection boxes for Help for the Homeless, and this year there are about 400 boxes that need to be dropped off at various locations throughout the Fox Cities. To do this, we need about 25 – 30 people who can spare some of their time to get the boxes to their designated locations.

Last year, the collection boxes that were delivered and then collected at the end of the campaign resulted in over $300 per box of personal hygiene and cleaning products that were distributed to agencies in the Fox Cities. For some of the agencies, the items they receive from the Help for the Homeless campaign are enough to provide clients with items for the entire year.

The week prior to the box distribution, drop off locations will be selected by those delivering boxes based on what is convenient for the drivers.
