There were 34 members present today. President Spearman reported that over 500 were server the County Pep Rally and that we park cars at the Sept. 19th JSPC football game. The Aktion Club will meet at the Fire Station on Sept. 13th and grill next Tuesday at the Farmers Market. Harry reported $90 in can money collected.

Tim Christensen introduced Ruth Freeman from the ISU Extension office in Jefferson. Ruth spoke about the tax preparation program, the Futures game, and family finanical planning offered by the extension. Thanks to Ruth and Tim for a good program!
