There were 31 members present today with Les and Mindy visiting from the Aktion Club. Mark VanderLinden was also back as a guest until the board meets to approve his membership transfer. Welcome to all guests! Vern reported a can deposit of $61.85 for the last six days. Aktion Club served at Farmer's Market last night and will be selling popcorn at Hot August Nights. They also have a club meeting next Monday afternoon. President Goshon mentioned that there will be a Teen Maze planning meeting on Sept. 18th and that the next Division Council meeting will be in Jefferson following our annual Pancake Breakfast. Dave J. also spoke about the upcoming Kiwanis Service Auction and club teams were announced.

For the program today President Goshon reviewed the new committee structure with club members and passed around sign-up sheets for the five committees. Each committee met together for the remainder of the meeting.
