There were 31 members in attendance today. Harry reported a collection of $70 from the can drop. President Spearman reported that we are looking for a new home for the cotton candy machine. Tom H. & Linda discussed plans for the County Fair concession stand.

Verle Bennett introduced his program, Don Orris provided an update on the Doreen Wilbur monument project. Don spoke about the fundraising efforts for the project which have gone well, including the $25,000 Greene County Foundation grant. They have chosen Jeff Adams from InBronze foundry to make the statue. It will be located in the NE corner of the Rec. Center property. The plan is to have the dedication at next years Bell Tower Festival. Thanks Verle and Don for the update on this great project!
