There were 33 members in attendance. Harry reported a collection of $111.00 from the can drop. It was reported that the Aktion Club will meet July 12th at the Depot and a report was heard about the upcoming County Fair.

Dan Benitz had the program today. He introduced Don Sievers from the Iowa DNR. Don discussed the results of the Raccoon/Deer Spotlight Survey from year's past. The survey is taken in the county yearly covering 60 rural miles. The DNR reported 500 deer harvested in 2009 with 50% being does. Thanks to Dan and Don for an interesting program!
