There were 34 members present today. President-Elect Tom Heater presided over the meeting in Pres. Miller's absence. Many special events and happy dollars were shared. Harry reported a can deposit of $51.00. The County Fair concessions worker sign up was circulated. Linda reported that the Aktion Club will meet on July 11th. Verle announced that there will be a Genesis Picnic at Spring Lake on Wednesday, July 6th. Reminder that the Kiwanis Board will meet this Friday morning, July 1st.

Tim Buenz had the program today. He talked about technology trends and showed some new electronic devices including an Apple IPAD, a Pandigital eBook, a BrainChild Kineno andriod tablet. He also demonstrated some neat applications on a Samsung Mesmerize android cell phone using a IPEVO USB camera and projector.
