There were 37 members in attendance today. There were many happy dollars and special events announced. Harry H. reported $90.00 in cans collected. A board meeting will be held on Friday morning. The VICA open house report was presented by Vern. We raised around $500 from the free will donations at the open house by providing a meal.

Tom Yepsen introduced Bob Younie from the Iowa Department of Transportation. Bob spoke about the IDOT budget, the 5 year plan which includes the highway 4 overpass. He also discussed road usage and traffic patterns. Thanks to Tom and Bob for a very informative program!
