There were 28 members in attendance and Les Reinhart visiting from the Aktion Club. President Goshon called the meeting to order and passed around a birthday card for Harry Hoffman. Happy Birthday Harry! He also shared information about an opportunity for members to donate $1,000 to Eliminate and receive a Walter Zeller plus a partial match from Kiwanis. Pat M. reported that she will be attending a Teen Maze meeting on Thursday evening. Linda S. reported that the Aktion Club will have a meeting Monday, Feb. 17th.

Linda Spearman had the program today. She introduced Bob Allen who is one of 18 Greene County Fair board members. Bob spoke about the history of the fair and its tradition. He talked about the facilities and some of the projects that have taken place recently. He also mentioned that planning is underway for the 2014 scheduled for July 8-14. Friday evening they are planning a country concert followed by fireworks. Tentative planning for Satruday evening includes a tractor pull and an event to be determined for Sunday evening.
