Weekly Kiwanis News 11/12

There were 34 members in attendance with Les and Mindy visiting from the Aktion Club. Happy Birthday to Les!! Vern reported a can drop of $47.30 for the last week. Linda reported that the Aktion Club Hat/Mitten/Glove Tree will be up after Thanksgiving. Vern reminded members that we have the dates of December 12 & 13th for Salvation Army Bell Ringing. President Monthei passed around a cash collection container for the ARC Food Panty. You can bring goods or donate cash again next Wednesday. President Monthei is interested in having another fundraiser possibly in February. More research and discussion will be done in the future and reported to membership. The club is also looking a doing a major community project for our club anniversary in two years.
