There were 32 members in attendance today. Guests included Les & Mindy from the Aktion Club and Lisa Turner. Several happy dollars were shared by members and Hawkeye fans in attendance rallied for a $10 donation! The flag dedication ceremony for Harry Hoffman on Friday at 5:15pm at the Greene County Rec Center was mentioned . Vern reported a can drop deposit of $95.00. Linda reported that the Aktion Club Halloween dance collected netted $96 for the food pantry and that they will hold officer elections at their meeting next Monday.

John Meyer had the program today. He invited Peg Raney, Program Director for Jefferson Matters:Main Street. Peg discussed the CDBG grant opportunity for businesses. She also spoke about design assistance from the ISU College of Design that will be available. The "Ring Out For Art" sculpture contest and the investment drive where also mentioned.
