There were 33 members and 2 guests in attendance today. Harry reported a can deposit of $187.00. President Miller discussed the Greene County Heritage book and the need for a Kiwanis article. Hollie Roberts voluntered to spearhead this project. Thanks Hollie! The Aktion Club will have their Officer Installation Oct. 25th.

Ross Hansen introduced Katie Richardson who spoke about the florist business. She purchased Fudges Flowers in 1990 and has been working in the flower business since she was 16 yrs. old. Fudges Flowers has been located in Jefferson since 1945. Thanks for Ross and Katie for a very interesting program! Special thanks to Katie for the pink carnations in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness month.
