There were 33 members present today. Marla read the board meeting minutes from Jan.7th. President Miller reported on the Division 11 council meeting that she and Linda S. attended. Many special occasions were acknowledged. Workers were requested for the Jan. 29th Open House (8:30am-12:30pm) at Jefferson Telecom with a sign-up sheet coming soon. The Aktion Club is looking for sponsors to help pay for a DJ and to provide door prizes at their Jan. 30th dance.

Karen Pope introduced Bob Schwarzkopf who updated the club on the application for an historic district designation for the Jefferson square. He shared drawings and the grant application with members.
