* Toni Wetrich read the October board minutes.
* Bob Schwarzkopf read the 2017-2018 club budget
* Sherry Palmer reported that we still need silent auction items - have 25 so far and more came in today but please get those in as soon as possible.  The silent auction items have been put up on Facebook with the silent auction ending Thursday, October 26th at 5pm.  Please like and share these items with friends and family to get the word out to start bidding on them!  
 
 
* Randy Monthei reported that the weather doesn't look favorable for grilling at the Deal's Fall Festival this weekend.  He will send out an update by club email when it gets closer.
* Inducted Dan Emmert today who was sponsored by Vern Foje
* Can Recycling Deposit = $60.95
* Aktion Club meets Monday 16th.  At their last meeting, they went to the Harrison house for handicapped accessibility.  Their upcoming events are working at the Greene County Courthouse celebration on the 27th, the pancake breakfast & silent auction on the 28th, and their annual Halloween dance on the 29th.
 
The program today was invited by Bill Raney.  Nick Sorensen came to speak about Jefferson's Downtown Facade Rehabilitation Project and the 13 buildings that should be completed by Thanksgiving.
