Guest Speaker, Peter Holle, President of the Frontier Centre, was introduced by Steve Gallagher. Peter spoke about the fact that Manitoba has a spending problem not a revenue problem. Since 1999 our spending has increased by 89%. He also spoke about the fact the Manitoba spends more in Health Care, Education, Government, than the rest of the country on a per capital basis but we are at the bottom when it comes to performance in these three areas. We are also moving from the province with the lowest Hydro cost with Bi-polar 111. Martin Desilets thanked Peter for his presentation.
