Announcements:
November 11th we will be having our Remembrance Day service and Lunch at Rotary Villa. November 11th is on a Monday, so we will not have our regular Monday meeting at the Holiday Inn. Remembrance Day Service will be at 11 AM. We ask that everyone be seated by 10:45 AM, so that the Head Table can be seated. After the service, lunch will be served. We will need a count of members and guest attending so we can ensure we have enough room and food for everyone. I will send out a separate e-mail later this week.
November 4th Tanya from HSC will be our speaker, she will talk about HSC Children’s Charities including The Teddy Bear Picnic.
It was decided that all of our fines collected from September 9th to October 21st would be donated to Polio Plus in an addition to the $1,000 that we agreed to Donate. Please note that the fines collected during the above period totalled $344.25.
Next Board meeting will be at 11 AM, Monday November 4, 2019.
