Announcements:
- November 11th we will be having our Remembrance Day service and Lunch at Rotary Villa. November 11th is on a Monday, so we will not have our regular Monday meeting at the Holiday Inn. Remembrance Day Service will be at 11 AM. We ask that everyone be seated by 10:45 AM, so that the Head Table can be seated. After the service, lunch will be served. We will need a count of members and guest attending so we can ensure we have enough room and food for everyone. I will send out a separate e-mail later this week.
- November 4th Tanya from HSC will be our speaker, she will talk about HSC Children’s Charities including The Teddy Bear Picnic.
- It was decided that all of our fines collected from September 9th to October 21st would be donated to Polio Plus in an addition to the $1,000 that we agreed to Donate. Please note that the fines collected during the above period totalled $344.25.
- Next Board meeting will be at 11 AM, Monday November 4, 2019.
