This year our Half Marathon and 5 KM run will be on Sunday September 16, 2018.
Teddy Bear Picnic will be held on Sunday May 27, 2018. Our club will be responsible for the food again this year. Volunteers will be needed.

The weekly accumulator draw this week was for $209.00. Kathy Cano drew the King of Clubs. This jackpot will be won at our next meeting on February 26th because we only have one card left, the Queen of Spades.
Guest Speaker: Hal Brownlee introduced our Guest Speaker, Karen Wiebe. Karen is the Executive Director of TJ’S Gift Foundation. Karen and her family started this foundation after their son was brutally murdered on January 5, 2003. After going through this tragedy they wanted something good to come from TJ’S death. Their foundation is dedicated to helping kids make safe choices to avid drug use. The hold a Gala each year in May, the weekend before the long weekend before the long weekend, which is their main fundraiser.
