Ron Miller, president, presided over our meeting today. Thanks to all who attended.
July and August we will be concentrating on our Half Marathon and 5KM Fun Run. We will not be having a formal Board Meeting during July and August. Anything that needs to be dealt with will be done at our regular meeting
Volunteers for the Half Marathon is being worked on by Shelley with support from Kathy. Meeting will be held on Thursday September 21st for volunteers for the Half Marathon and 5 KM Fun Run at Rotary Villa at 6:30 PM.
Our number of runners for the Half Marathon and our 5KM Fun Run continue to be strong as of September 20th we had 744 registered runners, Half Marathon 400. 5KM Fun Run 344.
Our meeting today dealt with the Half Marathon, making sure that we had enough volunteers and where to locate them. Jeff and Ron we going to look at the run with city officials after put meeting today to see if we need to make any changes to our race route.
Our Half Marathon and 5 KM fun Run is on September 27th. September 26th, Saturday, will be setup day and volunteers will be required to help with the setup.
Sergeant-at-Arms:
Ted McIntosh will be our Sergeant-at-Arms for the rest out our current Rotary year.
The weekly accumulator draw was for $76.00, Kathy Cano drew the King of Spades and won the 50/50 Jackpot. Congratulation Kathy.

Until further notice our meetings will be held at Rotary Villa, 528 Hudson Street, Winnipeg, MB. We had a conversation with the school next door and they have agreed that we can park at the school on Mondays when we have our meetings. They have asked that we park in the middle area, as the perimeter parking is for staff.
