President, Jeff Miller opened the meeting with the singing of O Canada and Rotary Grace.
We were pleased to welcome Ed McLean, George Chapman, Legle West and Lauren & Josh from Knowles Center.

Announcements:
- Next Monday June 29th, instead of having our regular Monday meeting we will have our Summer Kick Off BBQ at Rotary Villa, 828 Hudson Street at % P.M.
- Jeff Miller will be attending Fort Richmond Collegiate Grad on Thursday June 25th and we will be awarding two graduates scholarships of $1,000 each.
- Jeff Miller attended the district conference in Nipawin and was pleased to report that we won a Presidential Citation for light up Rotary. Under membership we received 30 out of 40 points, Services 30 out of 35 points and Family 30 out of 30 points. More information will follow.
- Rotary Club of Winnipeg will be having a RIBFEST on August 29/30 at the Forks. More information to follow.
- St. Boniface – St. Vital Rotary will be hosting a Rotary Charity Golf Classic on Tuesday July 21st. More information to follow.

The weekly accumulator draw this week was 159.50, George Chapman drew the King of Spades.
Guest Speaker: We didn’t have a guest speaker but Grant, Lauren and Josh from Knowles Center were at our meeting and Jeff Miller presented them with our cheque for $15,000. They were very appreciative of our donation. Josh thanks us for the donation because of our donation Josh will have summer work this year, for this, he is very thankful.
Upcoming Events:
- June 29th Summer kick off BBQ at Rotary Villa, 828 Hudson Street, at 5PM. There will be no Noon meeting
- July 6th will be our next board meeting at 11A.M.
