We were pleased to welcome Cilla and Aimee
Ron Miller, our president, presided over our meeting today. Thanks to all who attended.
We decided that we would move back to Rotary Villa for our meetings starting August 12, 2024. We will still keep looking to see if any other place comes up that would be suitable for us and in our price range. Ron is speaking with the church to see if we could park in their lot, I will advise everyone if we will allowed to to this.
Also we will need someone as a greeter at the entrance doors at Rotary Villa so members can enter when they arrive.
Membership Invoice for 2024 - 2025 have been sent to all members. Some members still haven't paid yet, please note that your membership is now due.
Paul Harris Invoices for 2024 - 2025 have been sent to the Paul Harris Group. These invoice are now due.
Martin Coward will communicate with the Caboto Centre to let them know that we will not continue our meetings there and to thank them for letting us have our June and July meetings at the Caboto Center.
Rotary International Convention 2025 will be held in Calgary June 21 - 25, 2025. This is a great change for Rotarians to attend an International Conference that is being held so close to Winnipeg. We will send you more information as it becomes available
Our Half Marathon and 5 KM fun run will be held on Sunday September 22, 2024. Registration is now open. Our runner registration is up compared with previous years, so we are hopefully that we will have 200 runners this year.
We have two people that we will be sponsoring for RYLA this year. Their names are Maryann Kelani and Madyn Pordy
