Ron Miller, our president, presided over our meeting today. Thanks to all who attended.
Our membership for District 5550 is just over 1100. To maintain our district status we need to have a minimum of 1200 members. We have until the end of July to get our membership up to 1200. Therefore increasing our membership will be one of our main objectives for 2026.
Our District Conference will be held in Neepawa May 8 -9th 2026. Our District Governor has extended an invitation for everyone to attend. Information for registration, speakers, events etc. is suppose to be available on line by January 5, 2026.
The District is interested in doing a Youth Exchange. If anyone knows of anyone who would be interested and would be interested in hosting a youth from another country, please contact Ron Miller Directly.
We have booked St. Vital Park for our Half Marathon and 5 KM fun Run for September 20th. September 19th, Saturday, will be setup day and volunteers will be required to help with the setup.
Rotary Villa Christmas party will be held on Thursday December 18, 2025 from 5 Pm to 7:30 PM.
A reminder to all Rotarians - the Rotary Learning Centre is an excellent source of information about Rotary.
Our next board meeting will be Monday January 5, 2026 at Rotary Villa.
Sergeant-at-Arms:
Ted McIntosh will be our Sergeant-at-Arms for the rest out our current Rotary year.
The weekly accumulator draw was for $67.00, Ron Miller drew the Ace of Diamonds.

Until further notice our meetings will be held at Rotary Villa, 528 Hudson Street, Winnipeg, MB. We had a conversation with the school next door and they have agreed that we can park at the school on Mondays when we have our meetings. They have asked that we park in the middle area, as the perimeter parking is for staff.
Rotary meeting dates for the next few months will be as follows:
Meeting Date in December - 1st & 15th. Dec 1st will also be a board meeting
Meeting Dates in January 26 - 5th & 19th. Jan 19th will also be a board meeting.
