Mandy Kwasnica made a presentation tonight. She had read on the Rotary International Website, that cell phones are being given to volunteers and workers in the Polio Plus program. Data and planning can be transferred much more efficiently with less chance of data loss. Mandy was not sure how they are getting their cell phones but, wondered if we would be able to offer ‘last contract phones’ to aid in the communication upgrade going on.
