Fellow club members, at the last club meeting it was proposed to see if there was any interest in doing a Guess who is coming to dinner evening. At tonight’s meeting those in attendance said they felt Saturday October 28th would work. There is a description of the evening below. One aspect which is missed is that you do not know who is coming for dinner and what they are going to bring except to say it is either an appetizer, salad or desert.

A number of members signed up tonight, it is a fun evening and a way to get to meet other club members. If interested in attending please send an email or see me at next week’s meeting I will be glad to discuss how the evening works.

 GUESS WHO’S COMING TO DINNER?

This event is for club members and their partner’s, is held to help members engage outside of the regular weekly meetings, and enjoy getting to know one another outside of the usual Rotary experience. The object is strictly fun and fellowship. The premise is to have 3 to 4 couples come together at someone’s home to break bread together- the hosts will provide the main course, the guests will provide the appetizer, salad, and dessert. Everyone will BYOB if other than tea or coffee. The meal can be as simple as pizza or chili, and as casual as a BBQ; the idea is not to impress, but to have fun!
